AIA Mandated Concussion Course

The AIA has mandated that all athletes take an online course on Concussions. This only has to be done once in your athlete's high school career, and will transfer to other sports. It must be done by your student's first game or they can not play. It is entirely online and takes about 30 mins. At the end of the course there is a certificate.  Please print it out and try to bring it to the first official practice on Monday November 7.  The link to the course is:

Freshman: Soda (coke/pepsi, sprite, dr. pepper, mountain dew, diet etc.)
Sophmore: Chips(potato chips/doritos/popcorn, etc)

                Practice Information

Pinnacle runs a closed practice.  Players need to attend even if they are ill so they can watch and learn.  If your child is so ill they can not come please email or call Coach Wilde at cwilde@pvschools.net or Coach Milligan at dmilligan@pvschools.net .  If you have family in town who do not normally get to see your child play you can contact Coach Wilde in advance and special arrangements will be made for them to watch practice.

                 Athlete Grades Policy

Pinnancle players are student athletes.  This means academics come first.  Grades will be monitored.  If a players grades fall to a low C in any subject then the player wil be required to come in at lunch and work in one of the coaches classrooms.  If a player consistently does not come in for lunch time assistance and grades continue to fall then they may be suspended from games.  Effort counts here just as much as on the court.  If you have questions or concerns with this please contact Coach Wilde at cwilde@pvschools.net or Coach Milligan at dmilligan@pvschools.net .
